Controlling type ii diabetes

You will have to cut out all of the sugar from your diet. Controlling type ii diabetes with exercise requires commitment and motivation. If you want to get better quick, exercise is the best way. Consult first with your doctor. According to the studies, aerobic exercises (walking, running, swimming, biking, treadmills) are the best and fastest way in controlling type ii diabetes. Hair Analysis by Rick Malter

http://www.malterinstitute.org/hair.htm The Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (TMA) is an excellent source of laboratory test data that provides a unique nutritional biochemical assessment. The Hair TMA presents patterns of nutrient minerals that show what is happening in a person's MIND/BODY system. The Hair TMA pattern is a SUMMATION of how different LIFE STYLE FACTORS are affecting a person. Included in these life style factors are (1) DIET, EXERCISE (2) STRESS -- PHYSICAL or EMOTIONAL, INCLUDING INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS (3) VITAMINS, MINERALS, and HERBS (4) DRUGS and MEDICATIONS. All of these life style factors together have a particular effect on a person's biochemical system, especially on the NUTRIENT MINERALS that appear in a Hair TMA. This effect is observable in the unique nutrient mineral patterns of a Hair TMA. The two basic hair TMA patterns are those of the FAST and the SLOW METABOLIZER (OXIDIZER). These mineral patterns are exactly the opposite of each other. In the graphs below, Ca is calcium, Mg is magnesium, Na is sodium, and K is potassium. A Hair TMA is unique among laboratory tests in that it accurately and reliably measures NUTRIENT MINERALS and TOXIC METALS at a CELL and TISSUE level. The nutrient minerals measured in a Hair TMA DO NOT DEPOSIT RANDOMLY in the developing hair follicle. In fact, the minerals deposit in clinically significant patterns that can readily be interpreted within a meaningful psycho-physiological framework. In other words, a Hair TMA tells us a great deal about a person's ENERGY levels and RESILIENCE in coping with STRESS. The stress response is closely related to Hair TMA data. The Hair TMA pattern often indicates important information about the individual's PSYCHOLOGICAL functioning that is closely related to the STRESS RESPONSE -- THE "FIGHT OR FLIGHT" RESPONSE. Anger, fear, and anxiety are common emotions related to the stress response. An intense stress reaction often inflates what I call the "JUDGE" psychologically. During the past 20 years, enormous strides have been made in understanding how stress affects us both psychologically and physiologically by means of changes in essential nutrient minerals. As stress causes changes in mineral patterns and balances, we can become adversely affected in the way we feel physically and psychologically. We can become depressed, anxious and nervous, or obsessive and compulsive. These same changes in our mineral patterns and balances can also affect our physical health. We may develop problems with high blood pressure, headaches, spastic and achy muscles, arthritis, low blood sugar, diabetes, and osteoporosis just to name a few. In addition to the effects of stress, pollution with toxic metals and chemicals in our environment also can adversely affect our mineral patterns and balances. These toxic chemical influences can also create problems for our psychological and physiological functioning. To further complicate the situation, the widespread use of prescription drugs and hormones can have enormous effects on our essential nutrient minerals and how well they function for us. When these drugs and medications are "working" positively to help with a problem, they are most likely correcting some type of imbalance in our nutrient mineral system. When we are experiencing some type of "side effects" to these drugs and medications, most likely, we are becoming deficient in essential minerals or else, the balance between these essential minerals has been thrown off. The longer a person is on a DRUG/MEDICATION or if the person is on TWO OR MORE DRUGS, the more likely that person will eventually experience BIOCHEMICAL CHAOS. That is, their essential nutrient minerals will be thrown so far out of balance that nobody, including the prescribing doctor, really understands what has happened to them. The BIOCHEMICAL CHAOS that results in response to drugs and medications is difficult to detect without an accurate biochemical assessment like a Hair TMA. Since a Hair TMA reflects the summation of lifestyle factors on our essential nutrient minerals, the hair TMA can help us to sort out the BIOCHEMICAL CHAOS that is often generated by the "SIDE EFFECTS" of powerful TOXIC DRUGS and MEDICATIONS. Joe: one of your kidneys were dying! and they said if they didn't find a donor soon you would die! so i said i would do it so they tested me and said i was the right type! so i gave one of mine to you so you could live! Now bcuz of you i have a big plastic tube sticking out of my side and i needle in my arm - says jokingly- Sam: Joe you did tat for me ?! you could of died!! Joe: Sam you mean more to me and i didn't want to lose you! ** Sam smiles as a tear runs down her cheek** Sam: So wat do i owe you? Joe: A big bag of candy! since i wont gain any weight from it cuz of my stupid straw - he says w/ a smile- - Sam Laughs- Sam: Deal!!! ************** So a few days later, their parents finally got the word and come home! Sam and Joe and Nick are doing well. Wheel chair races down the hallways. Ally got arrested for shootings and abuse!
